This letter summarizes our site observations related to the two block retaining walls
constructed at the Norpoint residential site in Federal Way,Washington. We previously
provided wall designs for the walls constructed at the site, and monitored the construction on an
intermittent basis, including subgrade preparation, crushed rock base, drainage materials, grid
placement and backfill.
Based on our site observations and backfill testing, it is our opinion that the walls were
constructed in general accordance with our design. We appreciate working for you on this
