Pacific Northwest Engineering Inc. (PNE) as requested has reviewed the as built
condition of footings on the plan listed above. It was noted that the reinforcing specified
for the 30' diameter footings was not installed prior to pouring the footing. PNE has
recalculated these footings as plain concrete footings and finds them to be acceptable as
built.
