Structural drawings call for a HUC type hanger with a sloped seat. On Kitts Corner, the HUC412 was too tall and a shorter HUC hanger was used. % 'r // 5. Detail 17/S3.02 has been updated to show only one bar at the top of the stem wall. /// 9. Interior spread footings without a holdown shall be per detail 5/S3.02. Interior spread footings with a holdown r shall be per detail 16/S3.02 or 17/S3.02 depending on the holdown type. f 10. Structural drawings do not require modification due to contractor means and methods. From a structural standpoint,there is no issue with the truss deflections at the non-bearing partition walls. The trusses were designed to span the entire length of the building and may slightly load the non-bearing walls. / % This may cause drywall cracking when deflections occur but the integrity of the trusses should still be j/ maintained. To help avoid this cracking,the contractor may elect to decrease the height of the partition walls by / '/".
