Dear Mr.Becker,
This letter is in reponse to our structural observation and inspection of the base plate anchors
installed per SECTION A/S 1.1 and GIS I.1. The holes were drilled and blown clean of material prior to
installation of the Hilti-Titen Anchors. The anchors were embedded into the existing slab to a 3"depth.
In addition,all welding for the project was shop welded by a certified welder.
Please call if you have any questions regarding our or the Otto Rosenau&Associates,Inc.torque
test performed on January 10,2014 at 10:30 a.m.. All anchor installation and torque testing was
observed regarding Otto Rosenau&Associates,Inca Report No.248380 completed on 1/10/14.
