The city building inspector did not observe the excavations for these footings, however you provided photographic documentation showing the excavations and reinforcing prior to concrete placement for our review(these photos are attached as Figures 1 through 4 below). These footings are specified on revision 1 of our structural drawings dated 2/10/14. The footings are shown on the office foundation plan on detail SK301 on sheet S1.5 and the two section details SK304 and SK305, both on sheet S1.5. In our review of the photographs, we find that the excavations for the two footings and the number and placement of the new reinforcing bars appears to be generally consistent with our design as specified in the drawings noted above.
