Council Bill #728 /Refinance of Target Property AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF A LIMITED TAX GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $6,400,000 TO BE USED TO REPAY THE CITY'S LIMITED TAX GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND ANTICIPATION NOTE, 2014; FIXING OR SETTING PARAMETERS WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND COVENANTS OF THE BOND; APPOINTING THE CITY'S DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE TO APPROVE THE FINAL TERMS OF THE SALE OF THE BOND; AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER RELATED MATTERS. 9.
