Noted on 09/19/2017: Inspected welding for conformance with the plans and AWS D1.1-2015. Inspected welding
of (4) roof penetration frames over the bakery. The welded angle support connections were not completed per
plans. See attached pictures.
Acceptable per the engineer. The letter is attached.
Corrective Action Taken: As noted above.
To the best of our knowledge, the items inspected today are in conformance with approved plans and
specifications.
