1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Ferrell called the meeting to order at5:18 p.m.
City officials in attendance: Deputy Mayor Jeanne Burbidge, Councilmember Assefa- Dawson,
Councilmember Jesse Johnson, Councilmember Susan Honda, Councilmember Mark Koppang,
Councilmember Martin Moore, and Councilmember Dini Duclos.
City staff in attendance: City AttorneyRyan Call and City Clerk Stephanie Courtney.
2. COMMISSION INTERVIEWS
Councilmembers interviewed candidates for appointment to the following Commissions:
a. Youth Commission (3 interviews)
b. Steel Lake Management Advisory Commission (5 interviews)

There being nothing further on the agenda; Deputy Mayor Burbidge adjourned the Special Meeting at
6:32 p.m.
