SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

February 6, 2018 — 5:30 p.m.
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Ferrell called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
City officials in attendance: Deputy Mayor Susan Honda, Councilmember Jesse Johnson,
Councilmember Hoang Tran, Councilmember Mark Koppang, and Councilmember Dini Duclos.
Councilmember Martin Moore joined the meeting at 5:33 p.m.
Councilmember Lydia Assefa-Dawson joined the meeting at 5:34 p.m.
City staff in attendance: City Attorney Ryan Call and City Clerk Stephanie Courtney
2. COMMISSION INTERVIEWS
The Council interviewed seven (7) applicants seeking appointment and re -appointment to the Arts
Commission.
3. ADJOURNMENT
There being nothing further on the agenda; Deputy Mayor Honda adjourned the Special Meeting at
6:35 p.m.
