The purpose of this inspection is to determine if the foundation meets U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development standards for permanent Foundations. Upon inspection of the above referenced foundation the following observations were made. It appeared that the exterior wall is constructed of metal or pressure treated plywood and framing members. There were four diagonal lateral resisting strap ties on each of the two halves of the • structure. An analysis of the required lateral resisting ties and vertical ties were performed. The conclusion is that a total of 4 cross ties are required. There are also four longitudinal straps per section and four vertical tie-down straps required. ' Required Foundation Improvements to meet HUD Permanent Foundation Requirements 1. Install (4) longitudinal cross ties per the attached plan and details. 2.
