Drew Gibson and Mike Snodgrass were very helpful in reviewing your request with me. Based on that visit and review of the plans, I can approve the following: 1) Both Planning and Public Works approve the relocation of the SD pipe between CB3 and rip-rap outfall shown on C2.1 approximately 10 feet west to avoid impacting one fir tree and one big leaf maple tree at the top of the cut. However, if these two trees are impacted by the relocated SD pipe, they can be removed. Replacement will NOT be required as tree canopy requirements are met. 2) Removal of the one existing tree between the south and west parking lot is authorized. The approved landscape plan shows that a new tree and groundcover will be added to the revised landscape island.
