I have completed . preliminary zoning code review of the permit. There are some issues that need to be addressed before m review can continue. First, in calculating the exposed building face(EBF)of the east elevation,you multiplied the maximum height of the building by its width. However,the building has a sloped roof.The areas indicated on the copy of the elevation plan that I have enclosed cannot be counted toward the EBF. It appears that the EBS' is actually approximately 1,218 square feet. This does still allow for three wall signs; however,the sign area allowed changes to 85.2 square feet. Second,when calculating the sign area proposed(SAP)for signs A, C, and the"Time Out"and"&Grilll' portions of sign B,you boxed in just the letters. When calculating the SAP for cabinet signs,you must include the entire cabinet,to the outside edge of the outermost(green)border. Please provide area calculations for the entire sign cabinets. The sign area drawing must be to scale,with the scale indicated. It also appears that the vertical dimension for the"Ale House"portion of sign B does not encompass the outmost(green)border of those channel letters. Please provide this dimension on your revised drawings.) Please submit two copies of any revised plans along with the enclosed Resubmittal Form.
