Job site Comments: MTC rep on site as requested to perform structural steel welding inspection for beam to beam and column to beam connections at vestibule area. Welded connections alone grid line 7 between grid lines A.5-13 and alone grid lines A.5 between grid lines 7-8 were visually inspected, which consisted of 3/ 16 fillet welds welded one side all around per details on Structural Drawings, and were found to be in place and in conformance with applicable plans specs. and D k.1 codes. MTC rep also visually inspected beam to column connections on lower beam at grid points B&7 and A.5&" which consisted of a single bevel groove weld two 5/16" passes all around and was found to be in place an in conformance with applicable plans specs and D1.1 codes.
