on the beach at 30016-20th Place SW, Federal Way,WA.The elevation of the top of the seawall was
determined to be 13.76 feet (NAVD 88).This elevation was established by GPS using a Leica ATX 1230
with Leica Smartnet Network RTK Survey,which uses GRS80 Ellipsoid and Geoid 09.
