RE: EXPIRATION OF APPUCATION FOR NEW SINGLE FAMILY PERMIT FOR HERITAGE
WOODS, DIV. 2, LOT #64
Our records indicate that on June 7, 1999, an application for permit #BLD99-0351 was
submitted to the City of Federal Way. The expiration date of the 180 day period is
December 7, 1999. Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following
the date of application shall expire by limitation. The building official may extend the time
for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days on written request by the
applicant showing that circumstances beyond the control of the applicant have prevented
action from being taken. No application shall be extended more than once, in accordance
with the provisions of the Uniform Building Code, Section 107.4.
The application for permit was due to expire on December 7, 1999. To extend the
application and have the review continue, please submit this in the form of a written
request. If this application is not extended, then before a permit can be issued, a new
application must be submitted with new full permit fee(s) paid. A new permit application
and plans, which comply to codes currently in effect, are to be filed. A new plan review
may be required and a new plan review fee paid.
