Framing.
I have inspected the items below and recommend as follows;
1. The beams (beam no. 2 and Beam no. 3) below the upper floor deck they
both meet the design requirements.
2. The top plate in the back wall of the garage is adequate to support the
structure.
3. The beam (beam no. 1) below the bedroom meets the design requirements.
4. The new wall connecting the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 3 needs to be
connected to the existing wall. The contractor may use Simpson LBPI /2
plates with / inch dia. Bolts at 3ft o.c. on the studs of the corner walls
