CONDITIONS:
Per FWCC, Sec. 22-1565, Type I solid sight barrier is required around outdoor mechanical equipment.
Per FWCC, Sec. 22-960, Mechanical vents, penthouses or equipment that extends above the roofline must be surrounded
by a solid sight -obscuring screen that meets the following criteria: a) The screen must be integrated into the architecture
of the building. b) The screen must obscure the view of the appurtenances from adjacent streets and properties.
An attachment detail or installation manual of the mechanical screening must be submitted prior to a final inspection. A
final inspection WILL NOT BE PASSED until attachment details of the mechanical screening are approved.
PERMIT EXPIRES February 19, 2003, IF NO WORK IS STARTED.
