1) Per FWZC Sec. 22-1565, Type I solid sight barrier is required
around outdoor mechanical equipment. Type I landscaping shall
consist of evergreen trees, tan shrubs and ground cover, which
will provide a 100 percent sight obscuring screen within three
years from the time of planting; OR a combination of approximately
75 percent evergreen and 25 percent deciduous trees, with large
shrubs, and groundcover backed by a 100 percent sight obscuring
fence. Tree, shrub, and groundcover spacing shall be appropriate
for the species type, and consistent with the intent of providing
a solid sight barrier.
2) A 20 foot setback need to be maintained from the property line
3) The new pool heater that this LPG tank will serve shall have a
separate mechanical permit. Operation of this tank will not be
permited until the heater permit is issued.
4) A final inspection by the fire department is required.
