Revised Project Valuation: $ 900,000

The Tenant Improvement Phase II project has been revised to be an expansion of the Phase I tenant area rather than
an independent suite. As a result, the demising walls between phase I and II are eliminated and the space plan reflects
more open work area and less enclosed offices. The separate exterior entry with canopy has been eliminated. The
project use and occupancy type are unchanged, as is the project area. The valuation has been reduced to reflect the
decreased scope of the build out.
The following drawing sheets are being reissued as part of this resubmittal:

to the number and location of enclosed offices, and elimination of new exterior entries and two canopies.
