As a result, the demising walls between phase I and II are eliminated and the space plan reflects more open work area and less enclosed offices. The separate exterior entry with canopy has been eliminated. The project use and occupancy type are unchanged, as is the project area. The valuation has been reduced to reflect the decreased scope of the build out. The following drawing sheets are being reissued as part of this resubmittal: T F A2.10-2 First Floor Overall Plan / Demo Plan: Revisions include removal of demising wall between phases, changes to the number and location of enclosed offices, and elimination of new exterior entries and two canopies.
