CONDITIONS:
1. An automatic fire sprinkler system is required. No framing inspection until the sprinkler system is
installed and approved.
2. Per Federal Way Revised Code Section 1L05.120 - any existing overhead utilities shall be re -located
underground as part of this permit.
3.Should archaeological materials (e.g. bones, shell, stone tools, beads, ceramics, old bottles, hearths, etc.) be
observed during project activities, all work in the immediate vicinity will stop. The State Department of
Archaeology and Historic Preservation (360-586-3065), the County planning office, and the affected Tribe(s)
must be contacted immediately in order to help assess the situation and determine how to preserve the
resource(s). Compliance with all applicable laws pertaining to archaeological resources(RCW 27.53, 27.44
and WAC 25.48) is required Failure to comply with this requirement could result in criminal or civil
penalties. )
4. The approved plans show a porous concrete driveway will be installed to fulfill the requirements for storm
water flow control Best Management Practices (BMP's). Should the owner opt to install a different paving
material, prior to installing that material a design specification shall be submitted to Public Works for review
and approval.
