The area adjacent to the base of
each freestanding sign must be
landscaped equal to the sign area.
A minimum of 6 of the required landscaped
area should be planted with low shrubs &
groundcover such that within 2 years, 90% of the
landscaped area is covered. If all grasses are to
be used, landscaped area must be covered 100%
at time of planting.
