Building, plumbing, mechanical, demolition, grading and fire prevention permit fees are calculated based on Table A.
Project valuation for new construction or additions is based on a set cost per square foot as determined by the
Building Official.
Valuation for remodels, tenant improvements, alterations, etc. shall be provided by the applicant based on a
legitimate bid or cost estimate which reflects the fair market value of all elements of the project.
-> A copy of a contractor's bid or estimate may be required for verification of the valuation provided. The Building
Official has the authority to assign a project valuation when the cost information provided is not consistent with
industry standards.
