Dear Ann Howe:
Pursuant to your request, Fast Campus 3 AB LLC (the "Grantor") hereby grants New Cingular Wireless
PCS, LLC, its agents and/or contractors (collective4,, the "Permittee') permission to enter the Property to
perform certain work ("Works") to the existing cell tower on the roof of the building that Permittee leases
from Grantor. The parties acknowledge that such Works shall require access to parts of the Property
leased to WNR (as defined below). This right of entry shall extend from June 11, 2012 through July 11,
2012 ("Access Period'J.
Permittee shall have the right to enter upon the roof of the Property and such other areas as required to
complete its upgrades / improvement to Permittee's personal property. Grantor has requested
Weyerhaeuser NR Company ("WNR"), the tenant of the building, on behalf of Grantor to provide
Permittee access to the Property for the above referenced work Grantor and WNR reserve the right to
have a representative present during such work.
In consideration for the granting of this permission, Permittee hereby agrees:
1. To, during the Access Period, maintain insurance, including Grantor and WNR as
additional insured in accordance with the lease between Grantor and Permittee.
Permittee shall furnish Grantor with a Certificate of Insurance with Additional Insured
Endorsement evidencing compliance with this paragraph.
2. To assume liability for the loss of or damage to any real or personal property including
that owned by any other person or entity that is damaged or destroyed as a result of
Permittee's activity in the Property in connection with the Works.
3. To assume all loss and damage relating to the injury or death of any persons resulting
from Permittee's activities in the Property in connection with the Works.
4. To indemnify and hold harmless Grantor and WNR against any third party claims
resulting from Perrnittee's activities in the Property in connection with the Works.
