Hi Daniel,
The letter that was attached to the building permit with the signature of landlord consent, does not address a light pole switch/height
increase that the plans depict. I spoke with Steve Ikerd, Parks Deputy Director. Parks will need a formal request to change the pole and
drawings of the proposed new pole with details about the relocated lights.
Once Parks Dept. approves the new light pole:
1. Provide the approval email/letter from Parks Dept. to Becky in Planning; and
2. Resubmit the following for the building permit application (File # 14 -106107 -CO) - contact Assistant Building Official Scott
Sproul, 253-835-2633 or scoff.sproul(a-cityoffederalway.com if you have questions:
a. footing and foundation details for the new pole,
b. engineering for the new pole; and
c. attachment details for lights and antennas.
If you have any emails that have useful information regarding the light pole change feel free to send them my way, otherwise, let me
know if you have any questions.

Reference is made to the original Site Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") dated May 28nd, 2002, as
amended by First Amendment to Site Lease Agreement dated September 1, 2007 and Second Amendment
to Site Lease Agreement dated August 9d'. 2012, by and between City of Federal Way, a municipal
corporation (hereafter "City") and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability
company d/b/a AT&T Wireless Services of Washington, LLC., an Oregon limited liability company
(hereafter "AT&T).
AT&T will be upgrading their existing wireless facility at the above referenced address. Pursuant to
Paragraph 1 of the Agreement, AT&T may not add Equipment to the Leased Premises without first
obtaining the City's written approval.
AT&T's scope of work for this modification is as follows:
AT&T proposes to modify existing unmanned telecommunication facility by replacing (3) existing panel
antennas with (3) new panel antennas on the existing steel light pole. AT&T will also add (1) new battery
rack with (4) new batteries, and (1) new LTE equipment within an existing LTE rack, to be located in
AT&T's existing equipment shelter. The specific details of this proposal are provided in the construction
drawings dated 4/30/15, which have been provided to you.
By executing below, you acknowledge your consent to the proposed modification. According to the
Agreement, your consent is anticipated in a timely fashion. I would appreciate if you would sign, scan and
email this letter back to me at ccommerford@glotelinc.com.
You will be contacted by a representative on behalf of AT&T, prior to start of construction to coordinate
access to the site.
