I will find out from the city on the dirt. He re is what they require always , is that the ORIGINAL dirt not be touched without the permit. The dirt I am talking about that you have is a huge pile that the builder loaded on your property as they were clearing other lots. They dumped all that extra top dirt on your lot. So that is the same as if someone dumped all that on top of my lot and I am say trying to sell it or whatever and want it gone of my lot. And that dirt would be ok to remove, since it is not the HARD original soil. But I will find out and let you know Dave. You did have a slight slope originally, but for sure not the mountain you have now. All the neighbors also said that your lot was the one the builder used to put all the extra dirt as they were clearing and digging. As far as the trees, we will of course not touch or disturb any whatsoever. I will let you know all the details. And again THANK YOU for such a prompt response ! I was on a planeday Frida 0 Y and again all Day Monday. I am fine with taking dirt off of my property. Don't we need a permit for excavation from the City first? There are also trees on my lot that the city required be left in place. I would want to make sure that there is no issue with th that I have a disclaimer in writing from you regarding liability associated with accessin e city and g m Y property and such.
