Monument Specifications
Campus Highlands HOA

The purpose of this proposal is to provide a new monument for the Campus
Highland Community located on 7h Avenue SW in Federal Way WA. The new
monument is an exact match to the existing HOA monuments and signage.
The sign will be facing incoming traffic and will designate the Highlands back
entrance. The area we will be installing the monument is a grass area known as
Tract B. There are no shrubs or trees needed to be removed. It is considered open
space. The sign will be installed approximately 15 feet back from the city
sidewalk and approximately 30 feet from adjacent homeowner's properties. The
signage area for future lettering will be 48 square feet.
1) Earth Tech will excavate approximately twenty feet by five feet for a level grade.
Earth Tech will form the area approximately twenty feet in length by three feet in
width. A concrete footing will be poured approximately five to seven inches in
depth. After concrete has cured the forms will be removed.

2) Earth Tech will build an inner wall out of cinder block which will support all
fascia brick.
3) Earth Tech will mortar brick around cinder block approximately twenty feet in
length and three feet in height. The end pillars will be approximately five feet in
height and will mirror the existing monument signs at other entrances to the
community.
4) Earth Tech will sub contract out lettering for the signage to Auburn Sign. Signage
will match existing monuments. This will be charged to the association at our
discounted cost, separate from this bid.
All material and debris will be removed from the job site.
