The following is a corresponding itemized response and clarification to the review comments. Please reference the attached revised drawings. 1. As per our phone conversation, the new house configuration does not change the number of bedrooms. One bedroom was located where the new stair is now located adjacent to the living room, and has just been relocated to the new attic level. Therefore, based on our conversation, King County Health Department approval is not required for this repair/addition project. 2. Reference the attached revised permit application. 3. Reference revised sheet A2 showing attic access locations. 4. Reference detail 2/A3 for a section through the new stair. 5. Reference revised sheet A2 showing appropriate smoke detector locations. 6. Reference revised sheets Al & A2 showing appropriate CO detector locations. 7. Reference revised sheet Al now indicating tempered glass requirements at master bath. 8.
