Kitts Corner MF Conditions of approval from Planning4Di-ision Prior to Certificate of Occupancy:
1. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy for any residential buildings on the site, a Transportation
Demand Management (TDM) plan that addresses how the -site management team will encourage the use of
alternative modes of transportation shall receive final City review and approval.
2. Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for any building on the subject site, all on-site
improvements related to the proposed development must be installed, inspected, and approved by the city.
On-site improvements include, but are not limited to, storm drainage system; utilities; parking stalls and
drive aisles; interior parking lot. landscaping; bicycle parking facilities; perimeter landscaping; pedestrian
walkways; common recreational open space and tot lot play areas; minor improvements within wetland
buffer area and associated buffer mitigation; garbage and recycling facilities; and parking lot and pedestrian
area lighting.
3. Prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy for any residential building on the subject site, the applicant
shall provide written evidence that a site inspection with the City of Federal Way's Crime Prevention Analyst
has been done to ensure that site and building lighting, video surveillance, and other security measures have
been implemented

Correction Notice compiled by Bill Zeitler, dated March 16, 2015. For your convenience, the responses below have
been numbered to correspond to the correction number given in the notice referenced above:
Sheet RA9.1, Item 2: Engineered detail 6/S3.02 has been updated on sheet S1.4.0 for attachment to the posts
around the pool. Supplemental structural calculations have been included for reference.
