1) PLN - GARAGE:ACCESSORY STRUCTURE -- Detached garage on any residential property is allowed only as
an accessory structure. Per FWCC Sec. 22-946, accessory uses, facilities and activities are
permitted only if they are associated with the primary use permitted on the property. Also FWCC
Sec. 22-946 requires that the accessory use, facility or acitivity must be clearly secondary to
the permitted use.
2) PLN - Mobile Home Accessory Stds -- MOBILE HOMES - ACCESSORY STRUCTURES BETWEEN UNITS;Per Section
21.09.030 Part E. #8 of the King County Zoning Code, there shall be a minimum of 10, (ten feet)
of separation maintained between all mobile homes on the site. Accessory structures may be
