On July 22, 2016 you submitted an in-home family day care application in conjunction
with a business license application. We have completed the review of the land use
application and it is approved with the following conditions:
The primary use of the site must remain residential, with the day care as an
accessory use.
2. No exterior changes are permitted to accommodate the day care, including signs.
A business sign outside your residence is not permitted. Advertising flyers may be
distributed via approved methods, such as store windows or at the library. Flyers
may not be placed on mailbox clusters.
3. No more than two people who are not residents of the home can be employed in
the day care. One off-street parking space must be available for each non-
resident employee.
4. The maximum number of children allowed in your care is 10, per your DSHS license.
