The Economy Inn and Burger Express adjacent one another on 3281h street. Please find attached sign specifications containing sign area, sign type, sign height and number of signs. In addition, there will be a plot plan outlining the property locations and a signed agreement between Economy Inn and Burger Express in regards to the new sign. We feel that the new sign on Pacific Highway will just not compliment the beautification project on the highway but it will help the two entities earn more revenues and in return more taxes for the city and secure a bright and profitable future for all involved.
