Hi Rick:
As we discussed on the phone, the lot size listed in the County Assessor's property record for Lakota Woods 17 is not consistent with
the dimensions of the lot. To verify, I pulled out the original plat of Lakota Woods and asked an engineer from our Public Works
Department to calculate the area based on the information shown on the plat. He came up with 10,154 square feet (as opposed to
the 8,640 square foot figure the County has). Please reference the larger number in your building permit submittal and use it for
determining lot coverage, etc.
