CONDITIONS:
Window signs are all signs located inside and affixed to a window and intended to be viewed from the exterior of a
structure. Window signs are used to advertise products, goods or services for sale on-site, business identification, hours
of operation, address, and emergency information. The area of window signs shall not exceed 25% of the window area.
Signs should be constructed and installed so that angle irons, guywires, braces and other structural elements are not
visible. This does NOT apply to structural elements that are an integral part of the overall design. (FWCC, 22-1602(A))
No sign shall project above the roofline of the exposed building face to which it is attached. (FWCC, 22-1601(B)(2))
FINAL SIGN INSPECTION IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE SIGN REGISTRATION NUMBER. PLEASE
