Country Wide signage
Dear Ms. Cimmer:
As the landlord and owner of the building located at 32001 32nd Ave S, Federal Way,
Washington we give approval for our tenant, Countrywide, to locate its exterior sign on
the exterior north side of the building at the second floor level as per drawings and
specifications provided by ADIMPACT, rev #06, dated February 1, 2005.
We acknowledge that Countrywide has current locations in the building on the first and
third floors.
We acknowledge that due to the current City of Federal Way building code the current
some second floor allocated signage for the second floor tenant may be relinquished due
to the location and size of the Countrywide sign.
We request that the City of Federal Way approve the corresponding signage for our
tenant, Countrywide.

Hi Greg - the letter is exactly what I need. Thank you!
As for the drawings - I'll need a drawing of the north building elevation, delineating the
tenant space on the second floor, I'll need the length and height measurements in order to
determine how much signage they would have been allowed and what's being deducted. On
the drawings we have, its unclear where one tenant space starts and another one ends.
I hope that helps. I e-mailed Connie with Plumb Signs yesterday to notify her that I still need
these drawings.

I am attaching a draft of a letter and ask if you would tell me if it has the language that you
require for our tenant to complete their signage.
Also, would you please clarify what calculations you need, i.e. the square footage of the
second floor tenant or the dimensions of the second floor north wall?
