Refacing of one of the panels or cabinets of the existing monument/pole/pedestal sign is permitted pursuant to Federal Way City Code (FWCC) Section 22-335.g.4. However, all legal nonconforming signs shall be immediately removed or modified to conform with all FWCC signage requirements by February 28, 2000 or when any one or more of the thresholds listed under FWCC Section 22-335 have been exceeded, whichever comes first.
