Thank you for the opportunity to present you with my proposal for the above mentioned project in Federal
Way, WA. Based on the plans provided, I have determined what will be required for this project. If you have any
questions please let me know.
Inclusions:
• Permits pertaining to our work
• Rework of the existing duct systems to reflect the new floor plan
• Clean existing diffusers
• One year warranty on new materials and equipment
Total cost for relocating grilles and diffusers: $1215.00
Total cost for relocating thermostats: $167.00
Exclusions:
1. Line voltage electrical work
2. Repairs to the existing HVAC equipment- I am not aware of any that are required
3. Roof patching
