Sheathing nailing found in places to be greater than 6" on center as specified. 2. Horizontal seams not blocked, after installation required 6" on center nailing each panel edge to blocking. 3. Missing double studs at 3 of 4 wall ends. 4. Missing edge nailing at upper top plate. 5. Missing 6" on center nailing to rim, to replace A35 clips as per schedule. 6. Missing bottom plate nailing per schedule at north wall. 7. West wall — two anchors required, within 12" from wall ends. Notified framing contractor on site, and by phone to E. Linardic-LDG Architects of deficient items. Notes made on plywood for reference to framing contractor.
