Dear Mr. Sproul:
I refer to the above mentioned condominium property located at 28300 18th Avenue South,
Federal Way, Washington. The exterior Work anticipated at Building A exceeds 5% of the
assessed value of the property, and is therefore going to be subjected to limited "Rehabilitative
Construction" as defined by RCW 64.55.020. Please be advised that our firm has provided
building enclosure documents that in my professional judgment are appropriate to satisfy the
requirements of RCW 64.55.005 through 64.55.090 for the areas where work has been
authorized.
Additionally, our firm is providing third party intermittent inspection of the work for quality
assurance purposes in accordance with RCW 64.55.030. Upon completion of the inspections,
our firm will prepare and submit a signed letter certifying that the building enclosure has been
inspected during the course of construction or rehabilitative construction and that it has been
constructed or reconstructed in substantial compliance with the building enclosure design
documents, as updated pursuant to RCW 64.55.020.
