I appreciate your attention and time. Listed below are the details of how Quadrant Homes will comply with the requirements of storm water management for our Wynstone project for clarity. Section 2.4.2 Minimum Requirement #2: Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention 1. Mark Clearing Limits • All site clearing activities were completed during plat development. No additional clearing shall occur. 2. Establish Construction Access. • See attached site plan. 3. Control Flow Rates • All site storm water facilities were constructed and accepted during plat development. 4. Install Sediment Controls • See attached site plan. 5. Stabilize Soils • Soil stock piles shall be covered if unworked for 2 or more days October 1 to April 30. • Soil stock piles shall be covered if unworked for 7 or more days May 1 to Sept 30. 6. Protect Slopes • Construction cut and fill slopes to minimize erosion. • Terrace as required to reduce unbroken slopes. 7. Protect Drain Inlets • All new and existing operable storm drain inlets shall be protectively capped until the connected to clean downspout water. • Affected street and alley catch -basins shall have inlet protection. 8. Stabilize Channels and Outlets • No channels or outlets will be required for this project. 9. Control Pollutants • All pollutants shall be handled and disposed of in a manner that does not cause contamination of stormwater system. • A spill kit shall be kept onsite at all times. 10. Control dewatering • Any required foundation or trench drains which have similar characteristics to stormwater runoff shall be discharged into a controlled conveyance system prior to surface discharge. 11. Maintain BMPs • All temporary BMPs mentioned shall be maintained and repaired as required and shall meet BMP standards. • All temporary BMPs shall be removed within 30 days after completion of final site stabilization. 12.
