To whom it may concern,
I, Gary Chow, a licensed Electrical Journeyman and Administrator in the state of
Washington, Lic: CHOW*G*922MA, hereby certify that based on field inspections and
observations, it is my professional assessment that the electrical system at 838 S 299th PL,
Federal Way, WA is in safe working order and that the parts of the residence in which work
was performed is in compliance with current electrical code.
Work performed includes: (1) replacing meter socket lugs, brackets and insulators, (2)
cleaning up wiring in electrical panel and (3) bonding the gas and main water line at the shut
off with #4 bare stranded ground wire.
This is a professional assessment based on a visual inspection of the accessible parts of the
electrical system.
