To whom it may concern,
I, Gary Chow, a licensed Electrical Journeyman and Administrator in the state of
Washington, Lic: CHOW*G*922MA, hereby certify that based on field inspections and
observations, it is my professional assessment that the electrical system at 3420 SW 344th
St, Federal Way, WA is in safe working order and that the parts of the residence in which
work was performed is in compliance with current electrical code or is safe as to not cause
bodily harm or fire risk.
Work performed includes: (1) cleaning up wiring in electrical panel and installing missing
breakers, (2) replacing two over torqued lugs in CT can, (3) inspecting interior of home
making sure that any modified wiring is either installed properly or safely secured in junction
boxes.
This is a professional assessment based on a visual inspection of the accessible parts of the
electrical system.
