Kent, WA 98032 Geotechnical Consultation Rockery Wall Construction Hunter's Glenn Residential Plat Federal Way, Washington Job No:Pageantry.08 This summarizes our site observations and provides our opinion regarding the construction of the rockery wall at the Hunter's Glenn residential plat. The site is located near Military Road and 299"' Street in Federal Way,Washington. Based on our site observations,the rockery wall was constructed in general accordance with the standards utilized in the Puget Sound area. The rock appears sound an appropriately sized, drainage materials were observed behind the wall and crushed rock was used to fill the void spaces within and behind the wall. Based on the above, it is our opinion the rock wall is constructed in general accordance with the standards of practice in the Puget Sound area and that it will provide adequate erosion protection for the adjacent soils.
