Pacific Northwest Engineering Inc. (PNE) has reviewed the option to remove the stem
wall and footing around the perimeter of the front porch and pour the slab directly on
grade. The footings underneath the 6x6 posts will remain as specified on the plan. A new
18"xl8"x8" concrete footing with (2) #4 bars (each way) is required at the (plan view)
lower left post.
