Terms and Conditions:
• Tax is not induded.Standard tax rates apply.
• Prices reflected in this agreement are guaranteed for 15 days from date of agreement
• A 30%deposit will be collected upon signing using our secure electronic check system.Credit and deposits are not accepted.
• Final payment will be collected upon project completion using our secure electronic check system.Credit card payments are not accepted.
• Payments not received within ten(10)days of invoice date will accrue interest at twelve percent(12%)per annum.If Valentine retains an attorney to pursue collection
or enforce this contract,customer shall be responsible for Valentine's costs,attorney fees,lien fees and expert's fees,and such amounts shall be added to the amount
due,regardless of whether suit is commenced.
• Agreement is for the main house only and does not include any detached buildings,unless otherwise noted in contract.
• Valentine Roofing does not gaurantee that no air pockets or bubbling will be visible on membrane installations.
• Valentine Roofing does not gaurantee to eliminate all ponding water from roof.
• Existing skylights which are reused will be treated with care but will not be under warranty by Valentine Roofing.
• If a roofing or street use permit is obtained by Valentine Roofing,owner will be responsible for cost of permit plus a 25%service fee.
• Valentine Roofing is not responsible for fasteners which penetrate through the underside of the roof deck,soffit or eaves.
• Valentine Roofing and its suppliers are in no way liable for any damage to driveways.This contract serves as a release of Debility for damage to driveways.
• Although care will be taken to protect siding,Valentine Roofing is not responsible for siding damage resulting from roofing activities.
• Valentine Roofing is not responsible for drywall nail pops or any other damage to drywall caused by roofing activities.
• Any additional layer of rooting material found that is not included in this estimate will be removed at$1728 per layer.
• Any additional work will be performed at$85 per man hour plus materials,with 65%OH&P added to the material cost.Plywood replacement will be charged at$75
per sheet.All Additional work will be performed at Valentine Roofing's discretion and Valentine Roofing has no responsibility or obligation to perform any additional work
or eliminate or remediate any existing mold,mildew or rot.
• This agreement contains all the terms agreed to by the parties` subject matter and replaces all previous discussions,understandings,and agreements.

Warranty:Any workmanship defect which causes a leak will be repaired by Valentine Roofing.This warranty is fully transferable and expires 20 years from date of
installation.This warranty does not cover damage caused by falling objects,work performed by anyone other than Valentine Roofing,obstruction or impairment of
proper drainage of the roof by debris buildup or structural low spots.Valentine Roofing specifically disclaims and will not be liable for,any consequential,spedal,punitive
or other damages of any kind,including,but not limited to,damages to property caused by leaks or other water penetration.Customer will receive the warranty after
Valentine Roofing is paid in full.

Low Slope Roofing Specifications

Tear off:Removal and disposal of 2 layers of roofing material is included in this estimate
Sheeting:All sheeting installed will be 34"CDX Plywood.
Underlayment:Install 1/?Fanfold underlayment board over roof deck.This will act as a vapor barrier and protect the roofing
membrane from being damaged.
Flashings:All flashings used will be 26 gauge enamel coated flashings.The color of the flashing used will closely match the product
color chosen.
Clad metals:When appropriate,26 gauge steel with a membrane coating will be installed.
Fasteners:Galvanized screws and plates will be used to secure roofing to roof deck.
Cap Metal:26 gauge cap metal will be installed around perimeter of roof.Screws with grommets will be used to secure cap metal.

Ridge Vent Install custom made ridge vent system for subroof ventilation.
Brick Chimney Counter Flashings:Cut out and remove all existing counter flashings and replace with chim-5 metal using straight line
cuts on all sides of chimney.
Corner pieces:Specially manufactured inside and outside corner pieces may be used on corners.
Plumbing Vents:Replace all existing pipe flashings with new pipe boots.
Scuppers:Metal scuppers will be used to join roof drains and downspouts.
Scupper liners:Scupper inserts will be used over scupper liners and will be adhered to roof.
Membrane Breathers:Vents will be installed to eliminate condensation between membrane and roof deck.
Fan Vents:Replace all existing exhaust vents with new vents.
Clean up:Grounds will be thoroughly cleaned daily and at project completion.
