Light Pole and Street Trees on S 337th Street/Weyerhauser Way S
Dear Mr. Nazary Ivanchuk:
This letter is to inform you of the outstanding invoice of$7,797.47 for the damage of the street light
in front of the new single family home located at 3098 S 337th St. Trees in the right-of-way to the
West of said light pole have been replaced with nonstandard trees for right-of-way application.
Several attempts have been made to make you aware of this.
Prior to further work being performed on this property or subsequent inspections, payment must be
made as well as replacement of the street trees in the right-of-way. The City of Federal Way
Development Standards, Section 3.5.1, for trees in the right-of-way is as follow, "Trees shall be a
minimum of 2 th inch caliper measured six inches above the ground (AnsII Standard).
In addition, the City Right-of-Way Inspector noted construction debris within the S 337th Street
right-of-way. This debris must be removed immediately.
Lastly, the Inspector also noted that replanted area between S 337th and Weyerhaeuser Way S has
not been stabilized to prevent erosion and sediment. This area must be stabilized immediately.
