The inspector observed the installation of(11)FSI PP288 push piers,verifying pier locations, installation depth, installation pressure,bracket type,pier type,pier diameter and thickness. To confirm pier capacity, load tests were observed following installation and the results were within approved allowances. Please see attached field installation logs and load test data dated,09/24/19 and 09/25/19. All anchors were installed per the intent of the design and any installation deviations were reviewed and approved by this office with no outstanding non- compliance items.
