Over time the vision may adapt as new opportunities and information becomes available.
Staff evaluates opportunities to allow and enhance Economic Development while still meeting the overall vision.

Existing PSE Pipelines
There is no change in the alignment at the crossing of the existing Olympic Pipeline. The PSE Pipelines are located within the existing Weyerhaeuser Way S road prism already and to the
west of Weyerhaeuser Way S. There is no change in impacts at any of the three crossing locations.

Wetlands Impacts

There are two identified potential wetland fringes within the project area. It has been determined the project can be constructed and they will be further evaluated during the design
phase. Potential options include:
Slightly shifting the road off-center within the Right of Way
Slightly modifying the sidewalk, planter and utility strip
Shifting the Right of Way connection point
Mitigating the wetlands impacts
Wetlands Potentially within project area
Wetlands plan prepared by Talasaea Consultants, Inc. for Greenline Business Park

The above costs are for the improvements shown on the previous slides associated with the Comprehensive Plan Amendment only, not the entire project. The overall project would be reduced
from approximately $135 million to $127 million.
