July 2 - Council adopts Resolution directing staff to advertise for
volunteers to be committee members
July 3 – Resolutions adding measure to ballot sent to King County Elections
July 5 - Advertisement for volunteers is published
July 12 - Deadline for volunteers to apply
July 15 and 16 (proposed) – Council interviews and the appoints members of pro and con committees
TBD – City Clerk and City Attorney provide training/brief to pro and con committee members
August 13 - Statements of committees due to King County Elections
August 15 – Rebuttal statements due to King County Elections
