City Resolution supporting EMS Levy being placed on the ballot

Background
The City Council heard a presentation from the Fire Department explaining the purpose of the EMS levy at a previous Council meeting.
The last resolution had a draft number for the levy rate. City staff was informed that the levy rate in the last resolution changed from 27 cents to 26.5 cents per $1,000 of assessed
value.
The County asked that we correct the resolution to reflect the lower levy rate.
Mayor’s Recommendation
Pass the updated resolution supporting placing the EMS levy on the November ballot.
